Who We Are
SGS WORKFORCE is a defence heavy company under a MD who is retired army personnel. We are providing security services and casual manpower (skilled and unskilled ) to all needed establishments. We are known for providing unblemished service and healthy professional relations with clients. We are a highly motivated discipline and trained team.
Our MD's Story
Born in a rural area of Maharashtra to a humble Brahmin family, Mr. G. L. Pimple joined the Indian Army in 1983, becoming the sole earning member at a young age. His army tenure instilled in him discipline and a strong sense of security, shaping his approach to life and work.
In 2005, he founded Shree Gajanan Services (SGS), putting in relentless effort to establish a solid foundation for the company. Despite challenges, his dedication ensured a robust launch. Today, SGS stands as a trusted name in security services, driven by continuous learning and client interactions. Understanding the evolving security landscape, he remains committed to upgrading and refining SGS’s services to meet real-world needs effectively.
How We Train
We have training schedules both on and off the job. The training is also imparted to our officers
through various courses and workshops.
We believe in providing holistic solid administrative backup, as we do in the Army, to all our
employees to keep them motivated all the time.
